I don’t blame you. I spent three hours today writing a post in response to Mr. Trump’s unhinged press conference yesterday, and now I have a massive migraine.😒

Toxic dump everyday from every outlet of media. It is causing some depressed people to get worst because that’s all their hear. Why don’t turn off tv or social media, when your lost in a negative world you keep seeking out more toxicity. I’ve heard so many stories on Twitter.
My Advocacy work is mind-blowing on Twitter, post on success tomorrow. In 6 weeks have 1,924 followers. I’m quite proud, it helps all of us.

I’m only following 40 Charities & related. I pass right by all the toxic waste and go to my follows. It’s been such a relief for me. Much less stressful.
I can imagine, lots of everything else is trash and toxic these days.
It is a very explosive time in America, instead of focusing on who is trying to kill us it’s the dog and pony show of latest Trump flub, who was fired, screwing up Interntional relations and on and on. I get so tired of three news cast over 1.5 hours just repeat the same as earlier. I can’t take any President or high level person making nothing but waves and keeping eye off the ball.
I realized the few countries we partner with who don’t hate us are under attack now more than ever. Do we or anyone have an idea how to stop terrorism? The countries that grow and allow terrorist to grow are curt and will not shut the violence down.
The one thing on my mind is the divide in blacks and whites. Our state and government up to White House is taking us back to the 1950’s. Why the hell are we going backwards. I don’t care to talk politics, I want the honest skinny, what are we doing, what’s the issue and the fix. Nothing has to do with race, yet the split continues.
Enough toxic junk for the morning.

Better, doing a one week experiment with drug combo to share with doctor on Monday. I always go with ideas on how to get meds to work better. After 20 years he expects it.
