I’m a bit under the weather so no Today in History but I wanted to send some sunshine so here’s a photo of my Wandering Purple Jew Ivy. It loves this hot weather and is thriving.
I hope you’ve had a great day and weekend. Be back tomorrow with Blogger Highlight.
Melinda
Thank you. Purple is definitely one pf my favourite colures.
Hi, How are you?
I’m a big fan of purple.
Thanks for sharing.
Thanks Gavin!
Sorry, be well. Have a Blessed week ahead
You’re too kind, thank you.
🙂Welcome
Very pretty flower – I never even knew there was a “Wandering Purple Jew Ivy” flower (seems a bit weird to call it a ‘Jew’ flower).
I’m sorry you’re feeling poorly, Mel. I hope you’re feeling back to baseline soon xxxx
Yeah, I don’t know where the name came from. How are you, you’ve been doing your legal battle lately, any headway?
Beautiful. I hope you feel better soon დ
Thank you, Cindy. How are you doing? What big trip are you planning now?
Pretty. We have this but I think it’s called Moses in the Cradle. We having Wandering Jew as well. Both are lovely! Thanks for sharing. Take care ❣️
What are the differences between the two?
Hi, I’m just going by what my mom has told me. But upon a Google search, I found these images:
https://www.sciencephoto.com/keyword/wandering-jew
The purpleish one is on the left and then the one my mom refers to as Wandering Jew is the more striped green one towards the bottom of the page. But now that I’m looking, they may all fall under the WJ umbrella? Oh, this is a good source 🙂https://www.epicgardening.com/wandering-jew-plant/
Thanks for all your effort.
I didn’t realize there is a 3rd plant under that umbrella as well! Thanks again! I’ve learned some new things thanks to you ❤️
We both learned something today.
