Doing nothing is often misconstrued as a waste of time. However, it is essential to understand that these moments of reprieve are crucial for mental well-being and overall productivity. Whether it’s sitting quietly and observing the world go by or engaging in mindful practices like meditation, doing nothing can often mean doing a lot for your mental health.

You are exactly right! If I need a nap during the day, I’ll take one. Have a great day.

Sounds great, I won’t be hiking for a long time. But I love the outdoors. Have a great weekend.

For me it can be literally just sitting in quiet. Nodding off if needed.
Or, I could be binge watching dvd’s.
