DIY Lavender Green Tea Foot Bath

Taking time for a foot bath is great self-care and it’s very relaxing.

Willow & Sage by Stampington

You Will Need

Large bowl

1 cup Epson salt

1 TB organic lavender flowers

1 TB organic green tea

20 drops organic lavender essential oil

Fork

Airtight jar

To Make

In a large bowl, combine the Epsom salt, lavender flowers, and green tea.

Add the lavender essential oil, and use fork to comb through the salt to make sure it is well combined without any lumps.

This foot soak sounds so good.

    1. I would try a craft store, you may have to turn to the internet to find it. Look on Stampington, they sell some great supplies. They make my mouth water, I think of all the fun I had in the past making crafts. Let me know how it works out. Sounds like a self-care treatment. 🙂 I have lots of DIY projects and recipes to come. 🙂

      1. Thanks Melinda!! I found some at Michaels, which is similar to the one you mentioned. I’ll try and get over there soon and will let you know. If you have more recipes, post away! I am always looking for things for self-care. It is great for mental well-being!

        1. It’s fun to DIY, there is something extra special with your hands making it. In the past, I made bath scrubs, soap, and candles. Candles were not my best, but you have to try to learn. I sold my items on eBay for 3 years and then called it quits. Have fun and keep your eye open for many more DIY projects. 🙂

I enjoy hearing your thoughts, feedback or ideas, please comment.
