He was proud to serve and saved many items from his time in service. He was not known for organization, I found his Bronze Star in tool box. He was a humble man and said everyone received the medal, that is not the case.

    Speaking of Gramps, mine on my Mother’s side gave Us all a lot of Love! (The one on my father’s side had expired).
