I don’t know the name of this flower but it comes back every year and the color is a deep purple/blue.

I’m 90% sure it’s a Morning Glory. My Mom’s birth flower was a Morning Glory and also, it was her favorite. I got it tattooed in her memory after she passed and I remember stalking internet images for the perfect one back then. If it’s not that, then it sure looks very similar.

Very pretty an fun plant! I used to grow some of these and we just called them a balloon flower. There is some other name, but I can’t remember what it is.:)
