What a lovely question to ask. My morning starts with 10 minutes of Mindfulness and Meditation which sets me up for a positive day.

Early morning is my favorite time of day! Here’s my routine: 5:00am wake-up, 20 minutes exercise, coffee & local news then an hour with Jesus and my Bible. Best Wishes! Leigh
