I’ve had two new health issues come up which I believe are unrelated but you have to know.
I was already feeling defeated enough after spending four days trying to self-medicate.
While at the Lab, I was not able to give them everything they needed, pee. My doctor will not write a prescription for antibiotics without complete lab results. I had to sit in the lobby guzzling water so I wouldn’t have to drive back. Success.
I feel like I’ve been pushed down a mountain and I’m at the bottom. I had to wait and hear from my doctor before knowing anything.
I found one of my favorite “Hair Bands”. It helped to crack the door on a better attitude.
Maybe you need that too.

It was a rough 22 but 23 is kicking me hard early in the year. As frustrated as I am right now, I know there are better days. they will start by passing this stone!
