Most diffidently agree with that. Every few days a thought goes through your head that you need to spend more time doing this. Few days later on a different area you wondering how you can reduce the time you spend on that or the other thing. The only thing that remains the same is how time will slip by and you can’t get it back. Like you say; don’t be to hard on yourself. In time things will work themselves out. In the mean time try and find something to enjoy each day, especially on the days you feel over whelmed.
