One of my favorite sweet treats during that ravenous time in my second trimester was a homemade peanut butter cookie. The recipe is so quick and it’s easy, it’s a snap.
INGREDIENTS
1 beaten egg
1 cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter
Mix well and drop on parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes until golden.

I love peanut butter cookies. Sometimes I mix peanut butter, mashed bananas, and oatmeal. The texture is different, but it works.
