I’m still working on giving myself a break. I’m not as good at self-care daily, except for my luxury candles and skin treatments but it remains a goal for this year! :)

You are right on the money! I learned that through blogging but still push myself too hard on good days. On not-so-good days, I rest plenty, and on weekends. :)
