Just Pondering

Hi, I’m glad you stopped by and I look forward to seeing you soon.

The quest to create a cozy home doesn’t need to be limited to your indoor space. No matter what size your outdoor space may be, you can add special touches to make it feel extra homey and inviting.
What’s the one thing you can do to make your backyard, balcony, or porch a little cozier?

  1. 🌞 My backyard is huge, filled with trees around the sides. I bought some solar string lights last year to string among the many trees we have and I am looking for a new patio set, as the one I currently have is all rusted.
I have 2 Bird feeders that are always full to bring in the birds and would love to get a bird bath too! I find it very cosy in the backyard….
I am hoping I still have time to plant some flowers!! I physically can’t do it yet but the weather here hasn’t been all that great to do so anyway. If it gets too late, I’ll supervise and get hubby to do it for me.. lol
I love spending time outside in the yard…

    1. Great! Trees are special to me. They grow to live and give us shade and protection. Many trees were knocked down or broken last week in storms. Actually we’ve had a record year of storms, flooding and fallen trees. We got lucky and only lost limbs. What type of trees did you plant?

  2. Our new house comes with four acres – a lot more land than we have now. I’ll feel more comfortable when we get fencing up for the dog. Dividing the space into sections with fences will make it feel cozier. That and another chair or two on the deck.
