This makes me feel good about our plans to move. On our four acres, we will keep the wild part wild and reclaim the garden.

It’s great to have the wild area as a nature preserve and enjoy the house and the property. :)

Right? Why own and then destroy it?

I would grow part of, make homestead and garden with preserved areas around it.

I want to have some nature around the house but want to have a big flower garden or two and a big veggie garden. Gramps had a big garden and it was the veggies I grew up eating. Nothing like the taste of growing your own. The tomatoes were out of this world. He knew tomatoes better than anyone I know. :)
