It sounds complicated as hell. From what little I can get from the link, it comes down to using open source code and trademarking. It may be tied up in court for years. But no, not surprising.

Scare me, did you read the link is Daniels post, that’s where the mean a potatoes are nad it will get your attention fast. I’m already looking for where I’m taking my site to and waiting to hear a few answers back from Daniel on back-ups. I’m out of town and not sure if I need more than I have available. I sure don’t want to lose my data. There is a lawsuite ivolved and it looks ugly.

It does look ugly and you can just request an export that get’s emailed to you. It doesn’t take long.

I’ve just done that for my contant and media. My biggest questions is and I don’t know if there’s an answer but what timeline are we one or is this turned into a lawsuite that can drag out for years?
