When life flows in one direction for so long,
it’s a shock to the system when the current flows the other direction.
The transition can be difficult and painful,
but the only response is to change with the flow.
Life throws situations our way,
without control, there is only one way to play.
Accept and chart a new course.

Absolutely Melinda! I agree, nothing happens if we stay stagnant and stuck, we have to roll with it!

You’re right, life makes us roll with it.

Change can become a very sad thing because we are so unfamiliar with the walk.
It always helps me to pray. Jesus makes everything better.
He offers comfort and peace when I our life seems amiss.
This seems like it was written a long time ago, so I things have gotten better for you and your husband.

Thank you, JoAnna. My husbands Lukemia has created more cancer. He already has skin cancer and know they’ve found two nodules on one of his tonsils. The transition is that he’s becoming the one more ill and it also made me realize that some cancer’s are like that. His Lukemia is not worse it’s the other that hae shown up. I’m writing a health update to post soon. :)

It’s always strange when someone who has been stronger or healthier is diagnosed with something like that. Take care of you, too.

So far he hasn’t needed any extra help but he has surgery to remove his tonsils on the 17th and he’ll be down for two weeks. I’m also trying to schedule 2 hand surgeries before the end of the ear. This next two months could get tricky but he has both weeks of the holidays off and has taken 2 weeks off for the surgery. Such as life!

I hope the surgery goes well. I’m saying a healing prayer for you both.

He’s had Lukemia for a year along with Scin Cancer which is common but his ENT found two nudules on one tonsils and that was a surprise. His Leukemia is slow growing it’s the other that seems to be growing fast. We don’t understand it all until he hears back from his Oncologist. Thanks for the kind words and prayers.
