Do you brush your teeth in the same order every day?
For the most part, I do but I catch myself going in a different order some days.

Doing a task in a certain order helps with my cognative impairment. I don’t have to remember how I do something.

Yea I do. I am always worried I will miss a spot and feel grime later. Sometimes I end up polishing with a washcloth. I need to buy a polisher.

I don’t go as far as polishing but I do brush 3 times a day.
