A good reminder. I’ve done my share of hurrying and worrying and they don’t make our journey better. But smelling the flowers does. I think God and Mother Earth take joy in us stopping to smell their flowers, appreciating sunsets, and listening to the birds.

I think so too. What does your flower garden look like?

The front yard has daffodils and hyacinth popping up right now and a few tulips. Later there will be daylilies that we saw in the summer when we moved here. All these came with the house! I think I have some pictures in one of my recent posts.

Hyacinth is one of my favorite flowers. The smell is intoxicating. I have a bed of Daylillies that were my Grannies.
