Gratitude is easy to express, from saying thank you, giving hugs, letting people know you appreciate them or sending a card or text. I’m a card person myself, it feels extra special to me.

Tried many times to express gratitude but language there fails somehow. At least that’s for me. I think we express gratitude by doing. For instance you continue living, you continue working, creating, exploring. And stuff like that. Becouse it’s an complex emotion that needs more than words to express it!

Gratitude for life is different than showing gratitude for someone. If expressing gratitude is not as easy, jesters always work even the simple ones. Saying thank you or I appreciate you is all that’s needed. Have a great day. :)

I’m so glad for electronic bill pay but miss the letters and cards. I’m guilty, I forget and end up sending a text. It’s sad because I love to get cards. I have a large box of all types of cards, some have been in there for a long time. :)

We’re all guilty of making the switch – my husband’s side of the family are still big Xmas card senders – mine do festive family zooms… both are good in their own way! (and yes – digital bills are saving paper so that’s a good thing… although they make my email in box a treacherous place to visit!) Sending love, Linda xx

I do send a couple of Christmas cards, maybe 4-5 cards.

I still make the occasional card, but to add to the gift wrapped present… I’d be struggling to find most people’s addresses these days!

I’m the same because when I bought my new phone the contacts did not transfer over, I don’t even know my brother’s anymore.

I was super good at sending cards before, and now I’m kind of indifferent which is not something I’m proud of. I realized that me sending those cards out can be a bit old fashioned or just unnecessary, like I was trying to hard.

I only send cards from the heart, not because it’s some occasion. There are days I don’t want to get out of bed so I’m not sending a card to look good nor do I feel obliged. I love old fashion and don’t want to forget the great things about the past. I grew up without technology and I’m thankful for that. :)

Most people don’t send many cards if at all. I know how it makes me feel when I receive one so I like to make the other person feel special.
