Happy Birthday Gramps 1918-2010

I miss you every second of the day yet knowing we will see each other again brings me great joy.

Served in WWII

In the leather box are the medals he was awarded and his wedding ring.

I love you.

    1. His eyes were such a beautiful shade of blue and he was quite the looker when he was younger. The word I heard was he waited to get married until he found the right person and it took some time with the women chasing after him. Falling in love with my Granny showed his true colors, she was also very beautiful yet she had a 10 yr old son, was crossed-eyed since the age of 9 and very shy, which was the opposite than Gramps. The true beauty is they dies in love with each other.
