As an old timer on WordPress.com I’ve seen many changes yet receiving help from the Happiness Engineers has become impossible. I’ve also recently learned that many issues are often caused by WordPress or Jetpack.
I was having issues with adding links and not seeing my content when I go back to finish a post. This was happening for several weeks. I tried WP Happy Engineers and I remembered why I never turn to them. If I have questions or issues with WP, I go to Copilot and have answers right away. I will also get answers on how to fix the problem or why it’s happening. Copilot has saved me so much frustration.
Copilot said to start my post in Block Editor and what do you know, all my issues were fixed.
Also many issues are WP internal and not you. I’m less frustrated now.
Sorry for the rant but I hear from many bloggers are having strange issues.
