1. If a zombie apocalypse would happen right this very minute, are you going to tweet about it? But seriously, are you going to fight or run? Why?
I’m running. I don’t know what Zombie’s can do so I’ll get out of there.
2. How would you spend a million dollars?
Make a contribution to charities I support. Then get on an airplane and see the world.
3. What thing would you want to change yourself?
I cuss too much, it’s a bad habit I’ve had since childhood.
4. What’s your Chinese birth year sign? I’m best suited for breeding.

5. If you could invent something, what is that? why?
This is hard, there so many. Clean drinking water to prevent children from dying of preventable diseases. I have to add a far-fetched invention. Magic fairy dust to have all wars stopped and peace around the world. I can always wish.
6. A gift that you would love to receive on your birthday?
A ticket around the world first class by myself and a guide. Traveling alone is the best way To top the dream birthday, a new professional camera and gear. We can’t forget bug spray, tall very thick boots for snakes, and a gun to kill anything trying to take me down.
7. What is WordPress effect in your life and your message to me as your fellow blogger?
My life with WP is shaped by the people I meet. It’s great to meet people with similar interests to BS, and great writers to admire. I can reach out to people who are struggling and offer someone to talk to. My heart is filled with sunshine in many ways being in the WP family.
A message to fellow bloggers: Being rude to followers or responding to comments isn’t worth it. If you have a desire to grow your followers, thank each person for stopping by your site. Write for yourself, not for the number of followers.
The nominations have opened my mind and touched my soul. Congrats!
XO Melinda

The great thing about Fairy Dust is it’s many purposes!!!! We could get in lots of trouble with a stash of it. I didn’t recognize your avatar at first and had to see who has this new chick. I like it.

I’m glad you like my new avatars! I wanted a change and liked this one. It reminds me a bit of the Jetsons.

I’m glad you like my new avatar. I wanted a change and this one appealed. It reminds me a bit of the Jetsons cartoon for some reason.

I love all of your answers! Thanks for taking the time to do this. I feel like I learned so many more little things about you. I have to admit, when I’m mad, I cuss way too much too! Just ask my kids, they’ll tell you. I’ve never felt as guilty about this though, after a pastor at my old church confessed to this very same thing. I guess we all have something we wish we could change about ourselves.

It’s one of many we continue to work on. I’m good at cussing when really mad to is extreme pain. I don’t use God’s name in vain but every couple of years and I have to stop and ask for immediate forgiveness.
Im pretty crazy so over time no telling what well find our about each other.
Have a great weekend.

I get my potty mouth from my mother. I don’t use God’s name in vain either, but every other bad word is fair game. In fact, I actually cringe when I hear God’s name said in vain. Feels like a knife cutting out my heart. My husband hates it when I cuss and so I try not to say bad words in front of him, and I never direct cuss words at anybody. I just have a habit of saying them to myself when I am really mad, in pain, or hurt myself. I’m sure we will find out many more things about each other. That’s part of the fun in blogging! :)
