I know but it doesn’t help to dwell on things that you can’t change that just the way I see things and I am a stress ball my brother calls stressed Eric

I agree, I work hard to not stress over what I can’t control.

My nervous system is affected by the Dystonia and my other health issues don’t help things but I always try and see the funny side of everything
