A girl seeking joy and serenity
Hi there! I am 40-something-year-old on her quest of self-discovery and self-betterment. I am hoping to use this blog as a means of finding myself and connecting with others. I have a little to say on lots of things, and a lot of thoughts that I am hoping to further develop along the way.
Oh, and the basics! I’m married, I teach, and I drink way too much coffee. I am currently reading “The Book of Joy” (Dalai Lama, Desmond Tutu, Douglas Abrams), On Writing (Stephen King), and RASL (Jeff Smith). I am currently watching Outlander with the hubs, who is developing quite the Scottish accent.
And I LOVE my dogs.
