My Father Passed Away Suddenly.

I’m sending well wishes your way. It’s so difficult to lose a loved one so quickly. I lost my father in 1992 and it was sudden, it felt like a knife. Take good care of yourself.

Yes! Nature is so invigoratingly healing. It’s good for the heart, mind, body, and soul. Glad you have been able to get out and enjoy it 🌞🌸🦋🌻

Being out in nature is such a gift, isn’t it? I love being outside, especially when we can get out on the trails!

My balance issues make the trails hard but I have great memories of hikes in years gone by. I get out in the backyard, listen to the pool waterfall, the birds, and take care of my plants. :)

We’re really fortunate to have a lot of great paved trails for walking/biking in our city, so that makes it a lot easier for me.
